Legacy Licensing

Depending on the solution with which you are integrating, you will need the OnBase license corresponding to that solution:

  • Application Enabler

  • Integration for Azteca Cityworks Server

  • Integration for CourtView

  • Integration for iDC 4Gov

The following functionality also requires additional licensing:

  • Working with documents in OnBase (storage, retrieval, etc.) requires a valid OnBase Client license.

  • Scanning may require the Web Scanning Named User license, depending on the solution with which you are integrating.

  • Printing bar codes requires the Bar Code Generator license.

  • Functionality dependent on the Application Enabler API (such as re-indexing) requires the Application Enabler license.

Check your current licensing status by selecting Utils | Product Licenses from the Configuration module.
